Question regarding a gamepad nanoreceiver

Okay, so today I bought a Logitech F710 gamepad (wireless) and it came with a usb nanoreceiver. I tested it out and it works great, however I have a question. My pc keeps supplying power to the usb ports when it's shut down (I haven't found a way to disable this) and I want to know - should I leave my nanoreceiver plugged in when the computer's turned off? Could the constant power supplied by the usb ports damage the nanoreceiver in any way?

Doesn't matter, its a tiny amount of power, usually the setting is in bios to turn off the "charge while off" usb ports.  That or you have a powered usb hub backfeeding into the system, in any case, its no big deal.
