i5 8250U & 150mx VS i7 8550U 940MX

Hello Everyone,

 

I'm deciding between two laptops, both are around the same price point.

1) Acer Swift 3 with a i5 8250U CPU and a 150MX GPU

2) Asus VivoBook with a i7 8550U CPU and a 940MX GPU

 

Which one do you recommend? I'll be mostly using the laptop for photoshop.

I remember the Acer not having the best thermals.

Have to look at the vivobook before I can say something more dedicated.

EDIT:

The acer does not have bad thermals. It looks like a great allrounder.
