Hi i want to build a work station with  2 Intel Core i9-7980XE Skylake X 18-Core 2.6 GHz LGA 2066 165W BX80673I97980X Desktop Processor, 256 GB ram and 8  Quadro GV100 i want a custom motherboard to use dose anyone know a custom motherboard manufacture.

first of all  i9-7980XE can only work in one socket solution, if you need double socket, you must choose xeon line.

second thing is that you would need server-sized chassis to  accommodate 8 GV100

Wouldn't that cost an absolute fortune? Just go with Threadripper 2.

You can't use two i9's on one board. You either need Xeons, or better, get a Threadripper 32 core edition. Cheaper and better.
