graphic design pc

I built 2 graphic design pc's and load times are not as fast as I expected them to be. Software used for the graphic design leans much harder on the cpu than the gpu. Temps are all running cool. Here are the parts I used.Does anyone spot a possible bottleneck? Thanks

WD Red Pro 2TB 3.5' 7200rpm

GTX 1050Ti 4GB SSC ACX 3.0

Evga Super Nova G3 550W 80+ Gold

Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Nope but you might need to fix some settings in the bios if the boot times are bad

Just to make sure, your OS is installed on the SSD, right?

Yes, os is installed to ssd

Manos Max, the boot times are not as quick as expected less on start up and more on loading software after start up etc...could this still be in bios settings?
