Factory Vs Manual Overclocking?

My card is factory overclocked. Is there any point of my overclocking it even more? I have a 1440p 60hz monitor that can be overclocked to 75hz (No idea how to overclock it or if 15hz is worth voiding warranty).

Looks like your refresh rate is 75, not 60.  Have you checked the resolution options in windows?

Depending on the game you are playing, you might not need to OC it.  You'd want a minimum of 75 FPS, though higher will make things smoother.

I contacted Box.co.uk and they replied saying it is 60hz with overclocking to 75hz

Go into Nvidia controls and see if you can make a customer resolution with 75hz.  What games do you play?  Is it worth it to mess with it at all?

The monitor is en route. Games I have ordered are The Witcher 3, Final Fantasy 15, Deus Ex Mankind Divided, Forza Horizon 4 (pre ordered) and Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Well, all will look better at 75hz, as long as the 1070ti can push it at 1440p.

Good luck!
