It's fine. Since you're in Europe (Netherlands?), look for the Corsair Vengeance or the Pure Power 10 400W. The system will draw like 150W, so the 400W Vengeance or Pure Power 10 is plenty. If neither of those are available, the CX450/M is plenty.

€180 seems a bit high for a 1050 Ti. It's such a low power card that you don't need to really worry about the VRM or cooling. Just get the cheapest one. And swap the motherboard for a cheaper one. Something like the B350 Pro4. Those two, along with the possibly cheaper PSU should allow for a 250GB (or at least 120GB) SSD.

The case also has laughably poor airflow. Consider one that at least has a front mesh.

The Corsair 270R or 275R should be fine. If you want the best thermals, there's the RL06.

Choosing a bad X370 board won't bring any benefits over a B350 board for upgrades. It'll do the opposite, since you don't gain anything, yet pay more.

Not good, but cheap. Should be fine. If you want a nice SSD, there's the MX500 for €10 more.

Specsheet looks good. Just keep in mind that, during your Windows install, you'll want to do every step manually to ensure you install Windows on the SSD and not on the HDD.

|PSU Tier List /80 Plus Efficiency| PSU stuff if you need it.

Your setup is shit.

Sorry...

But you waste money on an X370 board but only get a Ryzen 3/1200 with 4 Cores and Threads. Makes NO Sense.

Saving a bit on the Board and get a 2600.

And also get a 250GB SSD first, a HDD you can add in 5min, for an SSD you have to do way more work and it takes hours to do...

As for the PSU:
A 400W be quiet Pure Power 10 is a good idea, especially since you are in the Netherlands...

€dit:
Oh and right now you can get an RX570 for 164€ at Mindfactory.de -> Mindstar

Though only 4GiB...
