Does anyone know of a program that can recognize when a website publishes a new video and then sends immediately starts to download it?

 

For example, my work run a NAS and have a website. They want it to automatically have a new video they upload (normally from remotely uploaded) that our at work NAS backs it up as soon as its published?

@Crunchy Dragon didnt know a way to ask in both NAS and programs. Will this still show up there
