Has anyone tried gaming on Cheaper Logitech mice?

K i a r a

Hey.

I really cant decide on what to get..

I'm not planing on doing any crazy gaming on my laptop, but would still like to be able to play some FPS games on it, and with the current mouse.. Its quire bad.

Current mouse I have tried. Redragon M652 2.4G

The thing is alright.. Had a decent feel, although the lights are horribly cheap looking.

I bought it due to the Bio of the product saying this.
"

  • ➤ ACCURATE AND LAG-FREE MOUSE: M652 mouse can not only provide reliable wireless connection but also an accurate tracking. Allowing you move your gaming mouse freely without interference within 10m. More flexible for games or work."

I can tell you that is a lie... I can lift the mouse a good 3/4cm off the desk and it still picks up the tracking...

I have also tried my mothers Logitech  mouse.. She has some silent click one.. I dont remember what the name is, But it had an odd lag to it.. When you swiped on the mouse pad.. It would oddly swipe the other way in witch you were swiping when you lifted off...

So I am really not to sure what to go with.. I was looking at the G602, Looked pretty nice, and is also called a gaming mouse, but people still say they get the input lag.

PLEASE.

I know I am going to get suggested Other Logitech Mice, the Max I am willing to spend is 60$ CANADIAN DOLLARS.

You can easily get a good gaming mouse for $60. Why limit yourself to something worse? I don't think the G502 is that bad. Is it people who are actually knowledgeable about mice saying there's input lag, or just Joe Gamer who likely isn't as informed and is likely mistaking it for something else?

I also don't understand cheaping out when it comes to peripherals. I mean, is an extra $20 really that hard to come across?

List some good Wireless gaming mice for $60.00, and ill be impressed.

Nobody said anything about a G502, Not sure where you got that...

But if you would like to talk about that mouse, It is not an extra $20 form my 60$ price range, the mouse is $105.00 Plus Canadian tax equals 120.86.. SO yes It is double what I want to spend on an extra mouse.

Ahh, I misread 602 for 502.

Not sure where you're seeing it at $105, the G502 is $79 on Amazon (quite often goes down to the low $60's), and $79 and MemEx.

Also:

  • G300s - $39
  • G402 - $62
  • G.Skill MX780 $50
  • Corsair Harpoon $40
  • Steelseries Sensei 310 $68
  • Corsair Glaive $78

For me it's more of a psychological sort thing- not can I find the money, but can I JUSTIFY the money.

i5 6600k and GTX 1070 but I play 1600-900. 1440p BABY!

Still, don't put too much faith in my buying decisions. xD

They ran out of stock. It happens frequently with that mouse. It'll drop back down. However: https://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX60797

For a portable mouse, I'd get this:
