Issues with my Scarlet 2i2

I am trying to play my guitar through my Scarlet 2i2 into Bias FX on my computer. It seems like my guitar is barely being registered by the 2i2 even though it was working fine about a month ago. Not sure what would be causing this issue - any help would be great. Thanks!

Plug a pair of headphones into he Scarlett to make sure signal is reaching the interface at a suitable level. Make sure the input is set to instrument, and the gain is at a non-zero value.

 

In the software, make sure you've not turned the channel/source down(not familiar with the software, but there's probably some type of channel strip).
