Good Downgrade Ideas?

I currently have Radeon HD7770s in crossfire, but i just dont game its pointless to have them.

I am going to sell them and downgrade. Ill pay about 70GBP as i do graphics and render things.

Current after taking away the GPUs:

AMD FX-4100

Corsair 8GB Ram

WD 250GB HDD

OCZ 500w PSU

Asus M5A97 PRO

Windows 7 64bit

Sell one and keep the other.
That seems like the better solution by my opinion.
