Can I use this battery to charge my 2017 Razer Blade Stealth

Can I charge my 2017 Razer Blade Stealth with a battery I have, I have attached a photo of the port on the battery:

If you convert it from 12v DC to 120v AC, than you plug in your razer charger which will drop it to 20v DC, make sure that battery can output 45 watts without overheating either.

 

(Your Razers input is 20v DC @ 2.25amps)
