best record settings?

i have a g1840 and a gtx 550 ti what are the best record settings/program i should use? Its a very old game. The cpu is a bottleneck here the gpu has alot of spare power.

Settings > Output > Output Mode: Advanced >  Recording > Encoder: NVENC H.264

 

????
