SSD wont boot into windows

Sound_Barrier

So, I just got cablemod cables and I replaced my SATA power cables but it didn't work. I just connected my SSD (the disk with Windows 10 on it.) into the SATA 1 slot and selected it in my 1 boot option. Once I save, it keeps telling me "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key. I do also have a WD Caviar HDD. PLease help me.

Did you check both ends? Did you check on another drive to make sure the cable isn’t bad? Did you get the wrong cables for the power supply? Does the ssd show up in the bios?

The SSD does show up in the bios. I think the cables are good. I didn't get the wrong cables. The HDD did the same thing.
