Tagging members with a space in their name causes repeat of last name

seon123

Same thing happens in the Beta.

After I click the user from the selection, the name appears in red (the usual). Then, when I press space, the last name gets repeated. If I then press backspace to remove the repeat, it reappears again and again. Attempting to select the repeated section (by holding the selection) doesn't work either, it selects part of the tag.

Using Chrome on Android 8.0.0 (though I think I have met the problem on earlier versions a while ago).

Perhaps it's an android thing? I don't have this in Chrome on a desktop.

I can't reproduce this in Android 8.1.0 using Chrome 68 and GBoard, though I can get it to repeat the last name once pressing space (but after that it works completely normally, including being able to delete the added name).

Um nothing for me.

@Grayson Pollard Oddly enough, it works normally with your name.

Still weird with him. Seems to only be with his name. Tried a couple of random members, it either works fine with them, or it repeats their last name.

Device is the OnePlus 3.
