Freezer 33 with Ryzen 7 2700 (non X version)

Hi!

I bought Ryzen 2700 (non x version) and have a question. 

I would want to OC it to 4.0-4.1GHz, 1.35-1.4V (max). I found used Freezer 33 (normal version) for the cheap.

Will I be able to hit that OC with reasonable temps (max 75°C) on Freezer 33. On my case 155mm is max cooler height, and 212 EVO is 159mm :/ , while Freezer 33 is 150mm.

The best thing to do is reading the clock speed that doesnt end in a pair of zeros. Software voltage readings are wrong if your motherboard's not a high end model
