My CPU running ar 86c un BIOS on An aio

Nu PSU broke a few weeks ago and now i got a new one i set up everything likes before but my CPU is running at 86c un BIOS on an arctic freezer 240. Un bios it shows up that cpu1 which is where the pump is plugged in is running at 10000rpm and pump1 doesnt shows up. Is the pump dead or what could bet the problem here. My CPU is an 8700k

Check all your Cable connections from the Power supply it could be possible that the cable for the pump is not plugged in correctly. Happens to me all the time

I checked and seems that everything is plugged in. And if it wasnt plugged it would the pump shows RPM anyways?
