Program for getting Netflix, Amazon Video, etc. in one place

I'm looking for a solution to bring video from many sources (Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, The Roku Channel, etc.) into one program on my PC connected to a TV. Basically like a Roku or Fire TV stick but only software on my PC. A plus if I can also add my own video files into the program. I can't find anything that works like this. Thanks for the help.

I have seen people use a box called Kodi.

Are these Kodi boxes legal? What about Kodi builds like this  https://techvpn.com/best-kodi-addons/ ? I have heard that Kodi Boxes are illegal and can land you in trouble? See this  https://www.express.co.uk/life-style/science-technology/942492/Kodi-crackdown-add-ons-illegal-streaming-Premier-League-online-piracy . This looks more problematic than downloading torrents
