Pc Upgrade Suggestions

Hi,

A 980Ti is still a very good performing GPU. I believe that getting a 7700K or just a 7700 (if you don't think about OC) would result in a nice performance jump and I would definitely go for it if possible.

hey all,

i was wondering what i could put into my pc as a upgrade

here are my current spects

now the question

if i put the I7 7700K in it , would it improve my pc a lot ? or is then the GTX 970 TI a bottleneck ?

or do you suggest a better CPU to match my video card ?

as i see no point in upgrading to a 1080Ti at this moment ( untill they drop a lot in price )

Spoiler

in case of wondering , i use the Toshiba as boot , is M.2 @  nvme

games are stored on my Samsung SSD Evo

other drives are attached in this case as i am doing some backups and switching of my 35k running hours old drives

i do not want to overclock stuff , just at stock is good enough for me :D

i can run most games fine and above 60 FPS , i only play at 1080P (because i got no 4k screen xD )

Thank you
