Cant delete bionix because it doesnt have a app associated with it?

If you dont know bionix lets you have gifs as your background but my friend showed me a better program called rainmeter. I tried removing bionix from my pc through the apps and features in the settings but it says it is not associated with a app and wont let me delete it. i need help to delete this pain off my pc.

You could probably just leave it there instead of a format if it comes to that.

Maybe delete all the files accosiated with it and call it a day
