This is the safest local store here: https://www.gigatron.rs/

These two(I do not like them that much) are basically owned by the same company but they still differ in prices and availability: https://www.emmi.rs/ and https://www.winwin.rs/

And this is a place like ebay here in Serbia: https://www.kupujemprodajem.com/

Also, prices are almost all in RSD and they are easily expressed in USD - You just divide any price in RSD by 100 to get USD equivalent.

The one which fits in your budget (if divided by 10, not 100 :D) is https://www.gigatron.rs/hladnjaci_i_oprema/lcpower_hladnjak_procesora_cosmo_cool__lccc120rgb-141963

LC-Power Cosmo Cool RGB (or non-RGB). Doesn't interfere with RAM and fits in same budget cooler range with 212 variants. Anything else would be over set budget or possibly weaker. There are quite lot of YT reviews of LC-Power cooler, though in Germany. But as long as they show graphs, you don't have to understand what they are saying.

If you have RAM on slots 2&4 or move fan to other side, all coolers which don't have overextending fins are possibilities. Of $50 price point:

I am looking for a temporary(1-6 months) solution for my CPU cooler(and I plan to spend up to 50 dollars on it if possible) until I order my liquid cooling. I am mainly concerned about the dimensions of it and it's compatibility with my my Motherboard and RAM. Here is the setup I use:

Case: Carbide Series SPEC-OMEGA RGB Mid-Tower

Mobo: Z370 AORUS Gaming 7 (rev. 1.0)

CPU: Intel® Core™ i7-8700K Processor

GPU: PowerColor Red Devil Radeon™ RX 580 8GB (Waiting for price correction or new Nvidia cards until I replace it)

RAM: VENGEANCE® RGB PRO 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz

Fans: 3x LL120 RGB 120mm + 2x HD120 RGB LED 120mm

Also note that RGB or at least good looking one is my main priority.

I've heard that Noctua NH-D15 is almost if not the best option but I am looking for better looking  one and cheaper if possible as it a temporary solution as I said.

My main ideas for now are: MasterAir G100M | Cooler Master and Hyper 212 LED Turbo CPU Air Cooler | Cooler Master (Black).

Would love to hear some ideas and suggestions from community here. :)

the masterair is terrible and the hyper 212 would be underpowered for a overclockable processor if you decided to overclock

For case, yes. And for mobo too. But RAM is 51mm tall. That means NOPE on any that doesn't have consideration of high profile RAM. D15 has, if 2nd fan is removed or moved to other side. Raising it doesn't work as case only has 170mm clearance (would need 184mm aka open test bench). And by consideration I mean has either raised fins or that fins won't overhang RAM slots.

So for $50 H7 is among the good picks. And other such smaller coolers. Just don't spend on G100M. Or do if you are only for looks and like high temps.

I'd get that one as well but sadly in our country it is pretty rare to find it and the price here is too high as well.

I haven't really read anything about MasterAir to be honest. And keep in mind that I do not plan to overclock it until I get my final cooling solution - full custom liquid cooling loop. I might even underclock it so it runs cooler until then.

That is a really detailed explanation and I like it!

Tho, H7 cannot be found in stores in our country sadly. :(

Yeah, thats downside of that cooler. If you can link to stores you are going to use, we can check the best available options.

Actually it is by 100 (1USD=101RSD(din)) because 3.499 RSD is actually 34 USD. We use dot instead of comma for dividing by 1,000(this is English version) but nevermind that.

Also, I think I will go with this one, if they can provide me it within a week as they have none in storage, since it is temporary and cheaper than rest.

If they cannot I will try to find Pure Rock on https://www.kupujemprodajem.com

Tho, thank you very much for your help!
