What happens if we (anybody) supposed to store data on ram and copy whole information on ram( realtime )does it be faster then SSD .

 

 

I know it's not appropriate topic but world without inovation is nothing...

Ram is much faster than ssds.

 

Your system already does this. Ram is used to cache the ssds and hdds and tries to speed up data transferrs

It exists, its called a ramdisk.

It is really fast but not permanent so you need a disk to copy all data to when you shut down

RAM is volatile memory. That means data is stored on it temporarily and, on power loss, is wiped.

What you're thinking about already exists, and it's called a RAM Disk.

It does do this, but it is temporary storage, not long term, hence why the capacity of it is so low compared to hard drives. It loses power, therefore it can't have data written to it (permanently).
