audio 20 ms after video on YouTube

Gets crazy when I'm looking at program like Techquickie. The Sound comes 20 ms after the Video If the sound comes before, you can fix it on the sound bar, but not delay of the sound. Some tips folk? This problem only appears on YouTube (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

YouTube uses a strange system of streaming that separates the audio and video files (which is why in the Stats for Nerds panel, you'll see the video codec value change but not the audio codec value, usually) so that could be an issue.

Specs on the CPU, GPU and OS?

Volume / Normalized 100% / 89% (content loudness 1.0dB)

Yes, I'm gay and don't give a shit about pride. My sexuality isn't my personality; my VHS tapes and my video captures are.

Hmm. Might just be the Windows 10 build you're running, unless it's been a persisting issue regardless.
