Dual socket motherboard damn Noise should not be a big issue for modern PCs, (if yo are using stock cooler from intel) get some quiet fans running at low rpm, customize fan curve could help. and the case seals off most noise too I can barely hear any sound unless PC is under full load, a test bench on a table 3m away
 But if I do light gaming or productivity stuff it's really quite, despite being able to hear the HDD
 Posted September 27, 2018 Neither. It's too noisy and take too much space on the desk, but it sucks in dust like nobody's business when sitting on the floor, so my baby Frankenstein sits ubder the the desk on old box, some 30-ish cm above the ground. Not that it helps all that much....

Posted September 28, 2018 My PC's tower is where it is (in the pics) cause I don't really have anywhere else to put it. (The FD is my current case. Still have the Thor, but no longer using it, haven't figured out how best to get rid of it.) (The above 2 pics were taken different dates. The one n the left is more recent.) And, once in a while it's probably a good idea to give my system a bit of a touch-up cleaning.
 If you stack some of the stuff on top of each other woldn't it make some more room for the pc ? ;d
