Task scheduler wont start

Windows 10 pro.Tried many tips but nothing worked.Its a clean install as well

Is this from a modified install image? Most of those services should be running by default. It almost looks like the system has been tweaked and it's broken the service configuration.

 

If this is a fresh clean install and you're not running any system tweak things, I recommend reinstalling from a clean image, since there's a lot there that isn't normal.

 

If you have a Linux machine or a mac, you can download the iso from https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO, if you go to that link on a windows machine it'll point you to the media creation tool.

run chkdsk and try again.

 

If continues open elevated CMD and repair the image.

 

type

 

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

 

See if it works after that finished.
