windows stuck in 1280x1024

So my friends monitor is 1920x1080 but the highest windows will let it be is 1280x1024 we have installed drivers for the Ryzen 2200g and it still will not let him go above this, it was in 1920x1080 before now out of nowhere it is in this odd resolution

we have it seems to be a windows 10 issue I forgot to mention we upgraded him from windows 7 to 10

That means the driver isnt properly installed

 

 

Run DDU and remove completely then reinstall
