Looks quite funny, but they already pledged $200 000, which is their goal.

The more you pledge, the more they make.

They said if they make more than their goal, they will turn it into a feature length movie (1 hours and 30 minutes or more) from a tv episode (30 minutes).

These are called "stretch goals" usually. Almost all successful kickstarters have them.
