4pin RGB to 3 pin addressable header?

JackT36

So I was wondering if there is any way to adapt a standard 12v RGB header on my MSI motherboard to a 5b/12v 3pin addressable header or do I need to get a separate controller?

It's possible but not with something that can be purchased off a shelf, there are guides to configure an arduino to act as as as adapter to do so.

the 4 pin rgb are analog and the addressable are digital. The best solution is to just get a seperate controller or diy a adapter.

Ok thank you for the info
