Custom cables for BitFenix BWG750M

TheRyGuy

I have a BitFenix Prodigy M case and BWG750M power supply. I'm looking to get a 300mm 24-pin motherboard cable, and a 200mm dual 8-pin + 6-pin cable.

CableMod says they don't carry compatible cables.

BitFenix makes Alchemy cables that claim to work with a bunch of Corsair PSUs.

CableMod carries cables compatible with some of the same Corsair PSUs.

Would those work?? Thanks in advance.

I dont think so, its a bitfenix psu not a corsair one. Best way to find out i think is look at the compatibility page. A second option is looking at the pictures and comparing it to your cables (the psu side that is)

That's a great idea. I'll compare pictures to my PSU. Thanks for the suggestion!

Yes, Corsair Type 4 Cables are compatible with Bitfenix Whisper M and Cougar GX-F

You're wrong.

There are other Companys than Corsair that use the Corsair Pinout.

Even Xilence does, though they messed up one pin...

Ah ok, didnt know that.

I wonder why there is no standard connector. Would make live a lot easyer for custom cable suppliers

Because they want to earn money and the others to die instead of benefitting the user??

Well...I'm thinking of biting the bullet. I'm not sure if companies will accept returns, since my PSU isn't listed as being compatible. *GULP* Here's goes $$$...!

Edit: Custom cables on CableMod are not eligible for returns

Best thing would probably get a pin removal tool and some sleeving and dot it yourself. Not hard just time consuming
