I like air/space craft and I like reading and learning (even if your previous experience with me would suggest otherwise. Guess I kind of fanboyed out there for a while).

I have an HP DeskJet 1512 (combo printer/scanner) lying around that I'm not using anymore. Not the highest quality thing, but it's literally just lying in my old electronics storage area collecting dust. It works, and it's yours if you want it. (not a solicitation, an offer of giving a gift to a user who has previously expressed a need/want for said item for nothing in exchange).

the 717 in my OP is Ship number ship no 9579 which is apparently registered as N894AT

god I hope not.

 

But if they do I need to find some crazy investors who would agree with starting an airline once things start picking back up with Delta's 717s.

 

 

Ultimately I have a laughably small investment in Delta. 4 whopping shares purchased at like $21/ea so its not like I'd have much of a say in telling them I dont think that's a good idea to end the 717 on a longer term basis.

sounds like most are own by boeing leasing. which means probably no more 717-200s

@GDRRiley oh phew sounds like the articles were jumping to a conclusion since Delta's already parked up all those planes and honestly they could come back into service if things went fast enough
