Xbox One X Monitor - OVERWHELMING

As you can see by the title, I am searching for a gaming monitor for my Xbox One X which has me quite stressed out. So, this is my plead for help....PLEASE HELP.

I am looking for a 4k HDR gaming monitor which has been difficult to find. Don't get me wrong, I have found a few good ones, but then they are always lacking at least one important feature I want. I am really looking for a monitor that has 4k (true) HDR, 120Hz refresh rate, <5ms response time, and HDMI 2.0. (Is that overkill?)

I have been looking at the Acer Predator XB1 which seems pretty nice. ---> Acer Predator

My budget is $1,000. Any recommendations? Assistance would be HIGHLY appreciated as the search for the perfect monitor has proven to be quite a pain. Thank you all in advance!

Pointless imo. Get/use a decent TV instead and save getting a monitor for an actual decent PC.

Probably gaming or helping technophobes with tech...

You think? I really enjoy gaming. I play mainly FPS shooters, and my Samsung 55 inch TV just doesn't feel very smooth.

Look if you're going to use the monitor for other inputs as well like PC or Laptops etc then yes its worth it. Otherwise, no.

I would recommend a 60hz freesync (xBox supports it now) 4k panel

When you budget that much for a screen for console ...ur doing somthign wrong :P

Just by a cheapo TV. Most console games cant even hit 1080p, those that toute 4k use checkerboard not native.., nor can most hit and sustain 60 FPS. You really dont want ot be spending money on a high end VDU for a console that cant even use it to even half its potential.
