I have already made a list of parts to buy off of Newegg. Any suggestions?

You’re spending too much on the PSU, a quality 550W unit would be fine. That case is actually physically large enough to support an mATX board, so I’d suggest a smaller case to get all the benefits of ITX.

I found the 550 watt power supply, but the case is fine for me. Also, will I need a CPU cooler or does the chip I selected come with a stock cooler?

Honestly, I'd probably spend less on the SSD, see if you can get the R3 1200 for a cheaper price, and get a better graphics card.

As mentioned, you don't need that much power.

Also, if the motherboard doesn't have the latest BIOS, you'll have to deal with that as well.

Problems with that build:

• PSU is overly expensive
• Might as well get a microATX motherboard if you use that case
• You can get cheaper B and H series chipsets, since the chip can't overclock
• The CryOrig H7 is a better cooler

Though really the system @Herman Mcpootis came up with is going to be extremely hard to beat. I would, however, spend the extra $1 to get a WD drive
