I bought a Alienware when I first got into PC's and now im stuck with it, suprised I haven't melted the PSU with a GTX 760 SC and a i7-3770k.

Dell/Alienware are the only OEM I know of that I actually trust the PSUs they ship.

I owned an Alienware M17xR3 for 2 years, sold it as I didn't game on it at all and had the Mac Pro so ... was just collecting dust.

Main Machine:  16 inch MacBook Pro (2021), Apple M1 Pro (10 CPU, 16 GPU Core), 512GB SDD, 16GB RAM

Gaming Machine:  Acer Nitro 5, Core i7 10750H, RTX 3060 (L) 6GB, 1TB SSD (Boot), 2TB SSD (Storage), 32GB DDR4 RAM

Other Tech: iPhone 15 Pro Max, Series 6 Apple Watch (LTE), AirPods Max, PS4, Nintendo Switch, PS3, Xbox 360

Network Gear:  TP Link Gigabit 24 Port Switch, TP-Link Deco M4 Mesh Wi-Fi, M1 MacMini File & Media Server with 8TB of RAID 1 Storage

4 freaking gb of ram and no GPU

Also the CPU, instead of waiting another month, I got a 4430 instead of a K cpu.

I got a define R4 because it was on sale and I've always wanted to build in one. But they only had ones with no window. Crap. Glad I brought my dremel with me...

Going with 2x256gb ssd's. If I did it again I would do a 512 instead. Since that's pretty minor I consider myself both lucky and a good researcher.

Sir William of Orange: Corsair 230T - Rebel Orange, 4690K, GA-97X SOC, 16gb Dom Plats 1866C9,  2 MX100 256gb, Seagate 2tb Desktop, EVGA Supernova 750-G2, Be Quiet! Dark Rock 3, DK 9008 keyboard, Pioneer BR drive. Yeah, on board graphics - deal with it!

Would have spent triple the amount on my case, £60 instead of £20 as I was trying to make my gaming rig as cheap as possible.

pfffffffffffffffft shove that case full of powerful hardware and who gives a f***?!?! I know when building my $500 system, I spend like $15 on my case LOL!

My motherboard. I have an MSI Z87-G43, and I'm pretty sure it is responsible for a lot of the weird problems my PC has had. At this point I am convinced it has severe capacitor whine.

I just want to upgrade and be done with the thing.

Current build?  No SSD.  Working extra well on my future build.  Gonna make it last a good four years.

Nothing, lol.

In your build, I wouldn't of gone H100i. Would've gone 105.

While I like my i5-4670k, I do wish I had gotten an i7 instead for rendering. Next build.

Also wish I had gone with a single 780 over dual 760's. SLI issues plagued me until recently.

Never say it's not broken. Everything is broken. Why? Because everything needs MOAR POWA!

This wasn't a build, but i wish i bought a laptop with at least 1tb of HDD, i divided my 500Gb HDD in 2 patitions thinking 250Gb would be fine for installing all my programs and games (silly me) and the rest would be for multimedia content, now i've got only 20Gb left on my windows partition and i guess i'll start to use the "Media" partition for any upcoming games :(

I really need MOAR storage :'( :'( :'(

Don't get mad, get even...

I wish i liked my case haha because except for the very few issues it has it would be spot on; its pretty much to the point where I've realized features had to be left out because of how much this costs not because cost cutting (like the simple ability to mount a 240 rad on the top, very slight modifications couldve made this case miles better out of the box). I probably regret my cx500 too....theres just nothing good looking about it but it gets the job done for cheap

not getting an aftermarket cooler, that's not much of a problem, but no ssd is a problem. I also regret not getting 16gb of ram
