Arctis 3 bluetooth problems

I have Steelseries Arctis 3 bluetooth, and when plugged in through the 3.5mm connection, the bass seems to be louder in my left ear. Why is that? My ears and my computer is not at fault since the same issue does not arise from my Turtlebeach Recon X50. 

 

Also, the left ear cup squeaks quite a bit.

 

Note: it was ordered through Amazon on June 30.
