"bright" lines monitor samung

I dont even know why those lines appeared, and is really anoying, it appears with "grey" colours and the right side is getting hotter (monitor) everyday

That looks like the led backlight in your monitor. The issue looks like backlight bleed.

It’s backlight bleed. Try turning down the brightness and see if that helps. You’ll probably need to RMA.

I cant because i lost the ticket and the warranty/manual i just have the box, can i send my monitor to a thirdparty fixer? A technician?
