alternatives for a240g water block

Hey guys i cuurently have a EVGA GTX 1080 FTW ACX 3.0 (08G-P4-6286-KR)  card, which is unsupported by the a240g water block at-least according to their list, my question is as follows:\

1. would i still be able to use the supported water block despite my card not being on the list

2. even better does ek offer any alternative water blocks with the kit?

3. if not what are my other options for water cooling my entire system without breaking my bank?

Thanks in advance

1) No

2) No

3) They only offer 2 blocks for that card and they're both full cover blocks(not cheap), which also can't be used with the fluid gaming kits are they're not aluminium. https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-fc1080-gtx-ftw2-nickel and https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-fc1080-gtx-ftw2-acetal-nickel

So your only real way to watercool that card would be with a full custom loop, or an AIO mounted with an adapter bracket like the NZXT Kraken G10.
Forget that part, Forgot that it's only designed for reference design cards. Full custom loop is your only choice if you want to do it properly.

If it's not on the list it won't work, you have two main options either to go with a copper based loop and build out from there as mentioned by RKRiley or to go with an AIO cooling solution for both the CPU and GPU.

Perhaps you could find someone to trade their founder's edition for your FTW, since if they aren't going to water cool, the FTW would be better on air? I'd check around to local computer shops or perhaps put an ad on craig's list or letgo or something.
