Updating some icons related with connections

The Microsoft logo is not supported by the icon library that we're using, and wouldn't be particularly recognisable in monochrome compared to the Windows logo.

The Discord logo I can probably change in the next update, coming in the next couple of months.

Hey there peeps,

 

Can't help but notice that in account settings, the Microsoft icon is set to the Windows logo and Discord icon is set to a padlock instead of the actual Discord logo. Just thought I'd point that out, have a nice day everyone.
