Recommendations for a 27+ Inch Monitor?

So I'm Looking for a New monitor to upgrade from my 21.5 Inch HP Pavilion which served me well but I wanted to get a Better Experience. So would to Go up to 27 Inches for a New Monitor. But what I'm finding is that none of them seem really high quality. 

Here is What I am Looking For

Resolution- Anything Really, its paired with a RX 480 8gb

Panel- IPS

Connectivity- I Really want Display port because I have another TV taking my only HDMI Port on the RX 480

Refresh rate- If 1440p, then 60 will Suffice, but I would Like to see at least 75.

Response Time- Really Don't Mind.

 

So That's what I'm looking for. Does anyone know of a Good Monitor that checks most if not all of these boxes for around 250 USD?

If So I would Greatly Appreciate it.

doing internet things, you can get a nice 1440p IPS

for $250 all you can get is 75hz 1080p, but for $300 you can get 144hz 1080p
