THIS Video should have everything you need. settings are same for your board mostly

be aware that no one can tell what voltage you will need on your cpu for 5GHz, everychip is different.

1.35V is a good starting point for 5GHz if you can keep the temps in check.

yes disable MCE

llc on level 6 is fine

Disable: XMP, MCE, SVID

I'd start around 1.29V for 5GHz but you might have to go higher.

You won't need to touch the load line calibration.

1.29V is most likely to low to start with for most 8700k's but it doesn't really matter with what voltage you start since you will have to find that out your self.

XMP should be on, this is free performance out of your ram kit, you're better of having it on while finding your overclock rather then turning it on later.

LLC helps with stability while overclocking, but keep an eyes on voltages.

I've found XMP is really bad for system stability and also makes you have to use a lot more voltage, I'd much rather OC the RAM manually using the numbers that are on the box (and then trying to push a bit further).

And RN im stable at 5Ghz at 1.35 Volt on Cpu and DRAM with LLC at Level 4 Jumper for Overvoltage on default max cpu power on 140% at The mid to high 70s but im looking forward to get the Voltage and so the temperatures down. Well lets say at 4,7 Ghz because Aida 64 has AVX and because i put AVX downgrade (imma call it like that) at 3

But one thing I dont understand sometimes on Zero load the temleratures go from 34°C to even nearly 60°C why is that? And is the Normal (cause i dont think so) and the Frequenzy from 5ghz to 4,7ghz. And RN i get blue screens after 5 mins in prime 95 with custom settings like in the video, but at 1.36 V in Aida 64 i dont get blue screens. And in Aida 64 with stress FPU , stress CPU and stress cache. But the Temps still jump around (the voltage doesnt) may I play with this or might it crash then? After 15Mins im getting like 93°C  spikes (so max temp on 1 core) in Aida 64 (like 86°C if its not spiking.
