Hyper m.2 and Samsung 970s

I am about to do a very expensive build and I am looking to potentially do nvme raid 0.

 

I am looking at the hyper m.2 x16 by Asus but I can't find a solid answer about compatibulity with Samsung drives. I know of vroc will not work with non Intel but will 4 separate drives show under Windows if I populate all slots with Samsung 970s? Would a software raid be possible?

 

I plan to use the rampage extreme vi board and 4 500gb 970 Evo drives.
