Windows unresponsive after some time using an application

Adi_PleaseWork

For the last couple of days,  after using my computer for a while,  everything apart from the window i'm currently using becomes unresponsive.  For example if I'm using chrome,  initially everything is fine  and after some time using it,  the rest of my screen like the task bar can't be clicked on.  The only fix I have found is a very temporary one where if I alt control delete and come back,  windows fixes itself but the issue comes back after some time.

Things I have tried:

-Restarting Windows

-Doing sfc /scannow in cmd

-Doing dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth in cmd

-Doing Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} in powershell

None of these have helped

Specs:

Asus STRIX GTX 980 TI

I7 950 @ 3.9 Ghz

12GB DDR3 Ram

750W Power Supply

Which version of windows are you running?

And could you open up the taks manager, go to advanced view, sort by max disk usage. Then when the freeze happens, try to have that in view, if disk usage goes up to 100% without a task actually using that much...

Main System:

And just to get this 100% because I don't think i got this across in the initial post,  I can still use the computer when it crashes,  I just cant click anything on the task bar.  I can also use my keyboard to alt tab and move around windows its just the mouse is unresponsive on anything that isn't the application I was using with it crashes.

Fixed the issue.  Had something to do with mouse drivers so I reinstalled the drives and it works.
