Seriously, I won't just dismiss the statements of her two best friends... Though if you need substantial evidence, go interact with her more, and find out her intentions directly. Unless you're used to women and are willing to risk making a fool of yourself, trying to understand the workings of a female mind usually ain't the forte of us males. Just be direct. Period.

1: She talks in a higher voice than normal when speaking to you

2: When talking to/about you she doesn't check her phone/do something else/otherwise get distracted (unless she usually does that, IWC disregard this)

3: Friends telling you is generally a sign that they're trying to set you two up although it can be a joke for some inexplicable reason

4: If she has history with other guys are they jock types or more along your lines? 

5: Does she seek you out more than other guys?

6: Bruh just ask her out. What do you have to lose - probably not much. What do you have to gain - Only you know, probably a lot

Boat is always a solid pick, carriage is a good 2nd choice

For a sporty type, a match of [x sport] might be good

you have several options

 

1. be yourself. if she likes you, then she likes you. if not, then just keep being her friend, its worth it.

2. be somebody else

3. chloroform

4. keep asking until she says yes

5. get rich

6. become attractive

7. just fucking ask her

8. send her a text stating only "netflix and chill?"

 

 

all of these are options, and all of them work with varying degrees of success.  pick one, and have fun with it.

don't say it's a date, don't do it in the vein of asking her out specifically. Just ask as a friend wanting to hang out, then you can gauge roughly what she thinks about you in her response to the question, and if she agrees,  you might be able to gather how she feels about you based on how she dresses, how she interacts with you while you're together alone. 

If she asks if her friends can also come along, it might just mean shes embarrassed, not necessarily scared or that she doesn't want to be alone with you.

 

If you feel things are going well then ask something along the lines of 

"do you think we'd make a good couple?" 

 

this can be safer than simply "will you be my girlfriend?" as it gives her the idea that you like her, but also care about what she thinks about you and doesn't paint her into a corner of either agreeing, or saying no and potentially damaging the friendship you already have. Note the "do you think..." and "will you...". Just remember that if you already got to this point, she does at least see you as a genuine friend, so a No answer is less of a rejection than straight up asking her out and more than she just wants to stay friends without her having to say those words exactly.

Haha, oy. I kind of disagree with some of what you said. You don't ask something like 'what would you think about us being a couple" right away. It generally takes several dates before you even consider something like that. That's a really easy way to scare someone off. If she's interested, she'll suggest that they get together again sometime.

 

Asking someone to be your girlfriend falls into the same category as above. Just comes off as needy, clingy, and rushed.
