Google DNS on Ubiquitti Edgerouter

I recently Picked one Edgerouter ER-X up but there was no option to change the DNS server. How should I change the DNS server?

Once you log into the web interface, on the bottom you'll see a "system" tab. Click it. Enter the DNS you want the ER-X to use there in "system name server".

That only changes dns queries originating from the erx.  This works if you have the dns forwarder enabled but doesn't if you don't.

 

If you want your clients to directly query opendns then you would have to also specify this in the DHCP server configuration to push out to devices on your network.
