What can I do with some used parts I have?

I am very new to computer, so feel free to correct me if I say something wrong.

I recently got for computers for free from on office. I have been wanting a decent computer for a while now and I am wondering if I could use some of the parts from the old computers to build a better one. It would be running 3D modeling software and possible some light gaming too.

Here is what I have:

Two Intel core i5 3450s at 3.2ghz

Intel core i3 550 at 3.2ghz

Intel core i7 3770 at 3.4ghz

4x4g DDR3 ram

2g DDR3 ram

Amd Radeon HD6450 1GB PCIe Video Card

Two of these motherboards

I am open to new parts to make these ones work, feel free to ask me any questions. I already have peripherals, monitors, and windows.

i swear i just saw the same exact post here the other day with pretty much identical parts. Keep the i7 3770 and that will last you a while, also keep that 4x4 gb DDR3, sell everything else.

This, except keep one of those motherboards too, as it's compatible with the CPU and RAM.

keep both RAM, keep both boards, keep the i7 3770 and one i5 3450s. Also get the Graphics Card and put it into the i7 rig. And if you somehow have another PSU and storage give it to the i5 system

give the i7 8GB RAM and the i5 2GB RAM

i7 for main system and i5 for "whatever you want" system

Mention me if you want to summon me sooner or later

Spoiler
