29" 21:9 75hz ips or 24" 16:9 144hz freesync curved

More screen space; Left-right real-estate. Looks cool, watching movies and playing games is a new experience.

Con

Not many programs/games support 21:9, so expect out of place HUD, and zoomed in field of view.

Most videos on youtube are 16:9, so expect black bar on right and left side of the screen.

75hz vs 60hz isnt much of a different, you can definitely tell there's a difference, but not by much.

Curved 16:9

144hz dude, what more could you ask. And VA isn't as bad as people made it sound like, and IPS isn't as good as people made you believe it was; Then there's that white bleed on IPS. VA's viewing angle is lower compared to IPS, but the curved somehow fixed it.

Con

The brand specific FreeSync and GSync argument.

From what I tested, it don't matter as long as your GPU can push 100hz average.

144hz will be nauseating for some, it will take some time to get used to it.

Make this a thread.

OP, if you need more screen space, the 29 inch. If you want good esports performance, get the 144hz monitor.
