Looking for cheap second monitor in UK similar to Linus' recent video on the HP $90 monitor

Linus recently made a video  on this monitor from amazon:

I've been looking for a budget second monitor and this is perfect for me. The only problem is that they don't ship this to the UK and I couldn't find any other sellers for it.

 

After doing some looking at the various European amazons, (.co.uk, .it, .de and .fr) I found these 2:

I don't really know much about monitors, would these be similar or are there other options which are better for me?
