Are these monitors any good? Which is better than the other?

Hey, I was looking at 144hz monitors. My budget is about $190. I have found 2 options that work for me:

https://www.amazon.com/Acer-ED242QR-Abidpx-FREESYNC-Technology/dp/B07598HLB5/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1529259944&sr=1-1&keywords=monitor+144hz+gaming

http://www.microcenter.com/product/470186/KG240_24_Full_HD_144Hz_DVI_HDMI_DP_FreeSync_Gaming_LED_Monitor

Which is the better deal? Especially because this will be part of a dual monitor setup, so I'm not sure if the curved monitor will work.

The bottom one is better but to be honest, you should look on eBay for monitors their much cheaper than the retail value in most cases and they come with a money back guarantee so if it comes broken it's not that big of a deal which to be fair I have never had that happen.

Actually it has no returns, so I found this:

m.ebay.com/itm/HP-Omen-25-144-Hz-Freesync-1080p-Widescreen-Monitor/183274010096?epid=239151956&hash=item2aabfb75f0:g:lBgAAOSw3WxZ~r7z

Do you know if it really has FreeSync though? I've seen it some places where it says the monitor has FreeSync, and other places there is no mention

It certainly looks like a decent enough deal for a 1440p monitor and the 75hz is a plus.
