e10k or a3 e11k for beyerdynamic dt 990 250

i bought a new dt 990 250 premium and the sound isnt loud enough so i have to buy an amplifier/dac, and due to low budget i have to look at those options(or anything at that price range)
can anyone suggest which one will be better for this headphone 
my mobo is maximux vii hero

Have you tried turning up the volume? Fiio isn't really the best but it'll do.

volume is set to maximum still not loud enough i can barely hear things at csgo and rss 
then which one should i buy? e10k or a3 e11k?

Thats really odd. I can drive my 880 250s with my phone easily. Have you tried a different port and/or different device? I really think there's an simpler solution than spending money.

And the k5? I'm thinking to buy that for my t50rp | 1,5 W  32 Ohm/ seems like magni numbers

Seriously like others have said check every setting of everything that motherboard should not be having trouble.
