Jagged lines,flickering and shimmering in all my games !!!

Please help guys this problem will make my crazy,i have tried every possible solution offered on other forums but nothing seems to work,I have replaced entire pc,I bought new pc but problem still persist,I put all my game settings on ultra and is still there in every game.

My pc specs are :

Core i5 3470 3.2 Ghz

 8 GB ddr3 ram

GTX 1050 tI 4 GB ddr5

Any pictures or screenshots of the problem? 

 

Are you running the most current drivers, tried a few older versions?

Could you provide some screen shots of the issue and your Nvidia control panel settings?

I've tried older version of drivers nothing changed,you cannot see it on picture it happens while moving camera in game and also it is not only games movies,videos etc are also infected.

Tried with a different monitor and/or cable?

 

Sounds like its most likely a monitor or cable/connector problem.
