when is the PG27UQ be available worldwide?

i heard that the monitor is released so why is it so hard to find? i've seen a few german youtubers that own it but it only shippes to germany and i found one guy that sells it on ebay but it costs $2500 plus $111 shipping which is really overpriced

 

any idea when it will be available worldwide?
