Budget FHD monitor

I've been looking at buying a cheapish 1080p 60hz monitor for gaming instead of using my 4k tv since I pulled the trigger on a gtx 1060 6gb but the choices have my head spinning and I'm looking for some input/suggestions.  My budget is $250 cad but i'd go to $300 of there's a noticeable benefit.

 

There's a sale on at best buy right now and the LC32F391FWNXZA looks enticing.  There's also some good cheapish Asus monitors on sale there as well as PCPP. 

 

I'd prefer something around 25" and up.

 

What are your suggestions?

Try eBay they have the best monitor deals gumtree also might have some good deals than just looking for one that looks good to you.

I should've also said I think I want ips/pls as I'd prefer better color and contrast.  It was late and it slipped my mind
